Say hello to a familiar face, Chef de Cuisine, Tara Hadden. Tara was born and raised in Kankakee, Illinois. From as early as 5 years old, Tara was inspired to cook by her grandfather through assisting him with meals.
After graduating high school, Tara decided to pursue her passion and enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu at Brown College. Following graduation, Tara stayed in Kankakee and worked for a catering company and bar and grill for the next eight years. Tara moved on from Illinois in 2010 where she became a sous chef for a senior service center. Three years later, Tara became the Chef de Cuisine at Ruthie's Steak & Seafood at Riverside Casino & Golf Resort. After seven and a half years, Tara left Ruthie's, gaining further experience in senior and restaurant service.
With over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, Tara brings a wealth of knowledge to Robert's Buffet. Her familiarity with RCGR adds an extra layer of connection to her current role. Tara Hadden's culinary journey exemplifies her dedication, growth, and ability to cater to a wide range of people.
