Chef de cuisine Christine Jordan is no stranger to the food and beverage industry. Having spent 34 years and counting in it (including 25 years in the casino business), it's no wonder she's so good at her job! Christine started cooking for her siblings at 10 years young but it wasn't until she turned 30 that she decided to become a culinarian. She thanks her mom, a culinary goddess, and her many mentors, including chef de cuisine Zeph, for inspiring her.
Her absolute favorite part of this job is to see how guests react to her food! She finds the ultimate pleasure in their happiness. She also loves working the very big and important days - weddings, birthdays, anniversaries - where you're feeding anywhere from 10-500+ people. Christine is ready to take on any challenge and says organization is key. She also notes that it helps that she's done "it all" prior to the banquet hall - fine dining, fast food, diners, you name it.
